Epoxy Coated
Fusion® V1100 – most versatile epoxy coating in the liquid storage tank market
Coatings are the first line of defence in protecting the integrity of your liquid storage assets.
Our bolted epoxy steel tanks using the Fusion® V1100 coating process delivers outstanding performance and is the industry standard for epoxy durability, is corrosion resistance, and resists UV breakdown and abrasion. The innovative, technologically advanced Fusion Bonded Epoxy product, FUSION® V1100 is most versatile coating for modular, bolted containment systems. The high-tech RESICOAT® R4-ES is used on the internal surface combined with the ultra durable INTERPON® D2525 on the external surface sets the new benchmark in its sector.
The FUSION® V1100 Epoxy coating is suitable for the storage, processing and general containment of a range of liquids. Optimum control of the external coating overspray keeps the internal coating compliant with strict drinking water regulations.
Benefits of Factory-Applied Coatings
Factory-applied coatings eliminate weather delays associated with field-applied coatings making FUSION® V1100 undoubtedly your best choice to suit your specific application. Designed to be easy and cost effective to container ship anywhere in the world. There is no waiting for the weather to be within specific conditions in order to apply the coatings. Completion of the tank can be performed in as much as 1/3 the time as alternative materials and methods. On-site delays due to weather are eliminated, and service can start earlier and return on investment begins sooner.
- Eliminates the weather factors incurred when applying a coating in the field after constructing a welded tank. With factory-applied coatings, there is no waiting for the weather to be within specific parameters in order to apply the coatings and trust in the environmental conditions to properly cure the coating.
- Each step in our factory-applied coating process can be carefully monitored so that inconsistencies in the coating can be detected in the earliest possible stage of the process prior to tank construction fully applying the coating
- Completion of the the tank can be performed in as much as 1/3 the time as alternative materials and methods. On-site delays due to weather are greatly eliminated, service can commence earlier and ROI begins sooner.
