The quality of a construction project is determined by the planning process. Because we offer a full service, we have control of every facet. This means we have control over timelines and budgets.

One of the very first steps that we will undertake with you when we take on your construction project, or when we commence the project briefing stage, is to map out the project planning path with our client.

Clear communication with all levels of management in the client’s business, with our partner contractors, and with our internal team, is essential to project success.

Early collaboration leads to better value solutions. From the outset on every project, Reliant Solutions establishes a thorough understanding of your requirements, development and scope of works. With expert guidance in all relevant Australasian codes and standards, our consultants will produce a design to your requirements.

Specification and Procurement
With a thorough understanding of your requirements, Reliant Solutions develops the best specification for the longevity and functionality of your storage tank. Our technical consultants will present a full proposal, inclusive of all overall functional design and calculations, along with detailed civil and tank drawings.

Civil Engineering and Site Works
Reliant Solutions appoints a dedicated project manager and skilled construction crew with detailed knowledge and experience to bring your project to completion. Our qualified civil engineers will determine a firm tank platform and retaining structures taking into consideration all local seismic conditions, geotechnical conditions, wind factors and client requirements. Site and foundation works will be carried out by our experienced crews.

Tank Construction and Project Management
Reliant Solutions boasts multiple skilled construction crews and with a dedicated fleet of purpose designed jacking equipment, we are able to build any storage structure anywhere, no matter what the size, and more importantly that the tank is built right and in accordance with the manufacturer’s strict recommendations. Our dedicated project managers establish a site construction programme that details critical timelines and milestones for your project. The project management team will schedule meeting dates with all relevant stakeholders and operators to ensure system compliance and timelines are adhered to.

Quality Assurance and Commissioning
All aspects of our construction will be monitored and managed by the Reliant Solutions quality control procedure. Detailed documentation and manuals will be compiled with and submitted as part of the data pack on completion of the project. Quality documentation will be available for perusal at any stage during the project.

Client Support and Maintenance
We provide preventative maintenance through regular servicing by our experienced personnel, who can carry out periodic system analysis and cleaning regimes, protecting and extending the life of your asset
